Olde Good Things is a chain of 4 antique furniture stores and 2 warehouses.
The original warehouse at 400 Gilligan Street opened in 1998. It is located near Valor Field AT Veterans Memorial stadium. Here they give a new life to the original pieces that need restoration and would otherwise be thrown in the trash pile. Some custom pieces include wood fabricated into fine custom furniture, mirrors framed with repurposed metal and wood, and a few signature altered antiques spliced together with the finest fragments of historical architecture.
Founded in 1995, Olde Good Things has evolved to become one of the largest architectural antique dealers in the country. The inventory is sourced largely from pre-depression and late nineteenth-century buildings. They salvage these original precious items to make them available to collectors and designers who can put them to good use.
Olde Good Things has a few more locations on the East Coast: Broadway, Bowery, Midtown, and two warehouses, a National Warehouse and a Brook Streek warehouse in Scranton, PA. There's also a store in LA.
