RataPlan (Lelystad)

The building at De Meent 14 offers more than 2620 m2 of retail space and is completely ground floor. There is a wide range of second-hand items and the store is well-arranged and spatially arranged per article group, from clothing to books and from small items to furniture. In addition to all the well-known recycling departments, visitors can also go for bicycles and even for minor repairs to their own bicycles.

RataPlan is the largest recycling chain in the Netherlands. It has 30 thrift stores in North Holland, South Holland, and Flevoland where you can find secondhand books, electronics, furniture, lighting, and clothing.

The purpose of the thrift shops and bicycle sheds is to offer work to people who are at a great distance from the labor market. Together with you, RataPlan gives people and the environment a second chance and ensures more employment, reuse, and a cleaner world.
